Exchange & Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility Conditions:

• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
• Items that have been used, damaged due to improper installation, or missing components are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, and we will charge 10% restocking fee.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@spasrus.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exceptions:

• Final sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
• Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
